One of our very powerful interventions,through this workshop, we choreograph a full dance routine, on a song, with teams - enabling team members to set the floor on fire and bond with each other in an informal environment. The magic of this workshop lies in how the very same participants who plead with facilitators to let them sit out, slowly begin to be drawn in step by step, in the most comfortable and unobtrusive way to a state where they end up “wanting to dance” even more!

Yes, it can be done outdoor assuming space, AV equipment is available.

We recommend to budget between 1-2 hours depending on the group size. Basis the kind of debriefs that you would like to focus on, we can plan the timings. For example, a simple team engagement experience without too much focus on debrief would approx be 45 min – 1 hr long.
