Knowing Me, Knowing You

Most misunderstandings and conflicts in teams happen because very often we don’t understand each other well enough. As humans, most of us suffer from what is called the “fundamental attribution error” – a cognitive bias to assume that a person’s actions depend on what “kind” of person that person is rather than on the social and environmental forces that influence the person.

So the better we know a person, chances are – the better our interpersonal relationships are. How can we get over this and know each other better – in a fun, engaging manner? This workshop is the key!

Rectangular tables with flat tops are needed for the activity. Usually, hotels use 6 x 2 ft rectangular tables, and these are good enough as long as the surface is smooth. We have also managed with circular tables when rectangular ones have been unavailable.

We need a high energy program which makes each member truly belong to the team”. This was the brief we gave to FocusU team. We were glad we decided to go with them because all the activities that the team did were high on energy with a specific focus in mind. At the end, we came out as a better team, knew so much about each other. There was lot of trust, bonhomie and 'can do' attitude at the end.
