Steve is a globally-recognized public figure in sports broadcasting, acclaimed author of self-development books, and a trusted print journalist. He is a popular sports presenter with Fox Sports (previously ESPN Star Sports) and, especially famous for his performance as the lead presenter in ONE Championship. Almost over a billion people across 118 countries watch him on TV and social media.

As a journalist, Steve regularly publishes in newspapers, sports magazines and sports websites. He has authored three books published by Marshall Cavendish of Times Publishing Group:

• How To Be The Greatest Like Muhammad Ali (2012)
• Locker room talk – A Guide to Political Correctness in the Public Domain (2019)

Born in London, Steve is a permanent resident in Singapore, having lived there for 24 years. He has a BA (Hons) degree in Economics & Public Administration from the University of London, Royal Holloway College. Steve spent 11 years working in tax accountancy in London and Singapore, of which 5 years were with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Then, he spent years in The Straits Times and Channel I News before moving to ESPN Star Sports (later became known as Fox Sports).
